Lounge Seating Area

Since we arrived in the lounge about two hours before our departure, there wasn't much people yet but it got crowded during lunch time. I heard that Turkish Airlines was using the Korean Air Lounge before so I was not sure what made the change. And to think that this is not even the same alliance as Turkish Airlines, as Turkish belongs to Star Alliance and Alitalia is to Sky Team.

Lots of seating space...

Communication and Entertainment

Free wifi, TV screens and magazines...

There were packed salads, sandwiches and sliced fruits inside the refrigerator. For snacks, they have potato chips, cookies and nuts...

A wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic...

I know that a lot of people would be surprised to find out that Alitalia expects you to drink your wine using a plastic glass.

Toilet and Shower Room

Unfortunately, there are no shower rooms in the lounge.

I've read a lot of not so nice comments about this lounge, saying that it was horrible that they use plastic cups and cutleries, and that the items in the ref were all packed. On the other hand, it didn't really matter to me as long as the food was good (and they actually tasted good) and that I just needed to have a light snack before the flight. Wifi connectivity is also a plus. Overall, a good lounge.
