Check in

The check in counters were already opened when we arrived at Terminal 2 of Stockholm Arlanda Airport. There were 2 check in desks: one for business class passengers and the other for economy.

Boarding at Gate 68 was originally scheduled at 8:05 but due to late arrival of the aircraft from Helsinki, it was postponed to 8:40.

A very nice and modern lounge, visiting the Aurora Executive Lounge is defenitely a must.

View of Finnair Airbus A320 from the gate.

The business class cabin has a total of 14 seats with a 3-3 configuration, with the middle seat being left vacant. The cabin had 6 passengers that day.

Quite a spacious legroom.

The breakfast consisted of plate of salad, cheese and croissant, yoghurt and a cup of tea.

I love it when airlines partner with a local company for their tablewares onboard. This cup is actually by Marimekko.

As it was a flight within Europe, there was no TV screen on the seat.

Toilet and Lavatory

The toilet and lavatory was always kept clean.

Flying with Finnair for the first time did not disappoint me. The food was okay and the service was very friendly. Well, of course the flight was too short to really judge it. But since my connecting flight to London (yes, we were flying to London from Stockholm via Helsinki) was about 3 hours long, then I guess I would have to see more of what this airline could offer.
